Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Society collects through this website, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
This website does not offer visitor accounts, member logins, or self-registration. The only information collected directly from visitors is what is voluntarily submitted through the enquiry form: name, email address, optional country or organisation, subject, and message.
Limited technical information may be processed by the website’s hosting infrastructure to deliver pages securely and to protect the form against abuse.
How information is used
Enquiry submissions are used solely to read, review, and respond to the enquiry, and to maintain a record of correspondence with the Society.
The Society does not sell information, does not use submissions for advertising, and does not add senders to marketing lists.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit passport numbers, immigration records, diplomatic identification, financial details, or other sensitive personal documents through the public enquiry form.
Retention and access
Submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to keep an orderly institutional record. Access is limited to representatives of the Society responsible for correspondence.
